Welcome to Vote Skill, a platform operated by SkillOdds LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
Users must be at least 18 years old to participate.
KYC verification is mandatory for all users before they can withdraw winnings.
By using Vote Skill, users confirm they are legally permitted to participate in skill-based gaming as per their local laws.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts will lead to suspension.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Each prediction is based on a Yes/No format, and users must place their bets at a fixed price.
The leaderboard for each question is determined by the fastest correct bid.
Users who bid earlier and correctly will be ranked higher in the leaderboard.
Once a bet is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Users must make a minimum deposit to participate.
Winnings can only be withdrawn after participating in at least one prediction event.
All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.
The Control Center monitors transactions for security purposes.
Any suspicious activities may lead to account suspension or further investigation.
A new leaderboard is generated for each question.
Payouts are fixed and do not change based on the number of users selecting Yes/No.
The top-ranked users on the leaderboard will receive winnings based on the predefined payout structure.
Any disputes regarding rankings or winnings must be raised within 24 hours of result declaration.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
Using automated scripts or bots to manipulate the platform.
Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the system.
Participating from restricted regions where skill-based gaming is not allowed.
Users may refer others using their referral code or link.
Creating dummy or fake accounts to misuse the referral system is strictly prohibited.
If referred users remain inactive for more than 15 days, the referring user may face a penalty, including the reversal of referral bonuses.
Detection of dummy account creation for referral misuse may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
Vote Skill reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.
Users engaging in fraudulent activities may have their winnings forfeited.
Any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in permanent account suspension.
Vote Skill is not responsible for any losses incurred due to user decisions.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:
When there are not enough participants on both sides of a prediction (Yes/No), making the competition unviable.
If a technical issue affects the ability to place, process, or evaluate predictions.
If the actual match or event related to a prediction is canceled, postponed indefinitely, or not played for any reason.
All refunds will be credited back to the user's Vote Skill wallet.
Vote Skill's decision regarding refunds is final and binding. Users are not permitted to dispute or argue refund decisions once made.
